HIYA, and Welcome!

Ever since I witnessed a celebrant-led wedding, I knew it was my calling. I’m obsessed with celebrating people and love, crafting sacred moments, and weaving stories that linger long after the vows. Honestly, it’s my dream gig: meeting brilliant souls and capturing their vibe, standing beside them on their brightest day - all while looking fabulous and then modestly soaking up praise from great aunts at the fizz reception. What an utter privilege.

I’ve been guiding yoga even longer, and that too is always an honour - helping people drop into their bodies and breath; grounding, calming, and showing up fully to the moment.

Together, these roles let me hold space for love and presence in the most beautiful, real ways.
Non-work-related stuff about me
Spending time in nature is my biggest inspo. I live outside as much as possible - usually on a hike or bike trail, living my best dirtbag life and pushing myself (and, let’s be honest, quite often my bike) beyond my comfort zone. Likely uphill.
*I promise, I scrub up well when needed*

I advocate movement and rest in equal measure. In a world that glorifies busy, deep rest feels like rebellion and I’m here for it. Plus, sleeping is my forte.

I might be the only yoga teacher you'll ever meet without a single tattoo or piercing. What I lack in ink though, I make up for in scar tissue, vitiligo, and a rotating display of diabetic glucose sensors. Type 1, baby! My skin tells my story and all the art I love is framed (and bookmarked on Instagram).
Only big mugs of tea, please. Builders or herbal, not fussy. After 4pm though, strictly floral.

I’m a hugger - but won't presume you are.
Plant-based since 2015 and literally full of beans.
Prefer films over telly, but Race Across The World and Sort Your Life Out have a special chokehold on me.
I change hairstyles regularly, but there is usually a fringe - a third of my face appreciates the protection.
After three winter seasons working in the mountains, I’m still barely passable at snowboarding or skiing - but I bloody love it, so may well go back for more.
Sun Gemini, moon Virgo, rising Sag (if you’re into that cosmic jazz).
Hydration is a hobby. Presence is a practice. Communication is a gift. And play is essential.
Think we'd get along? I’d love to hear from you xx
