I’ll guide you through the process from start to finish - from our first chat to delivering your ceremony with warmth and presence on the day.

This 1-hour session weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to relax your body, steady your nerves, and help you arrive with intention and joy.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming - it’s easy to get swept up in the to-do lists and lose sight of what it’s all about: your connection.

This tailored package is here to gently bring you back to each other. With ongoing 1:1 support in the lead-up, you’ll receive personalised yoga, meditation, breathwork, and yoga nidra - designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system throughout.

A grounding thread woven through the process - helping you reconnect, rest deeply, and focus on the heart of your celebration.

Writing & Ceremony Coaching

Already got someone special in mind to lead your ceremony? Or can’t have me there on the day? This one’s for you.

We’ll have a relaxed chat so I can get a feel for your story, style, and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll write a bespoke ceremony script for you to pass on to your chosen person.

I can also offer coaching and delivery tips to help them feel confident, calm, and connected on the day.

Perfect if I’m already booked or you’re planning something a little more DIY - and your ceremony lead doesn’t fancy writing the script themselves.
