Whether it’s an intimate woodland elopement or a celebration atop a mountain, I’m dedicated to you for the entire day of your wedding. After our discovery call to ensure we’re the right fit, we’ll meet in person or online to get to know each other. From there, I’ll work with you to craft a ceremony script that’s fully personalised to your story and vision.

Want to feel grounded and centred before one of the most important days of your life? The pre-wedding yoga and meditation session is designed to help you connect with yourself and your loved ones, creating a calming and joyful start to your wedding day.

You can choose from the Couple’s Package or the Party Package, each offering a 1-hour tailored yoga, breathing, and meditation class. This experience is all about bringing you into your body, calming any pre-wedding nerves, and setting the tone for a peaceful, happy day ahead.

You will be guided through the practice, in a held space for both physical and emotional relaxation as we begin the day with grounding energy.

You’ll receive 4 live online or recorded (at your request) sessions with me, tailored to your needs as a couple. Whether spread out over the course of months or concentrated in the week before the big day, these bespoke Yoga Nidra sessions will help you rest deeply, relax fully, and focus on the heart of your celebration.
